These are the different Hotlines and Pages to reach out to if you desperately are in need of help.


Hotlines:

  • 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988, or chat at 988lifeline.org. This free and confidential service is available 24/7. 
  • National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) HelpLine: Call 800-950-6264, text “helpline” to 62640, or chat online. 
  • Crisis Text Line: Text TALK to 741741. 
  • Veterans Crisis Line: Call 800-273-8255 or text 838255. 
  • Disaster Distress Helpline: Call 1-800-985-5990 or text TalkWithUs to 66746. 
  • SAMHSA’s National Helpline: Call 800-662-HELP (800-662-4357). 

You can also call 911 if someone is a substantial risk of harm to themselves or others. When calling 911, it’s helpful to request a Crisis Intervention Trained officer.
